Wilder Spirits was born on an 80-acre farm in Monmouthshire that Tom Constable and his family bought in April 2023 and immediately began returning to nature.
The site - formerly managed silage grassland, cut and baled and largely barren of wildlife - is now the Grange Project. Wildflower meadows, wetlands, native woodland, and two free-roaming British Saddleback pigs playing their part in the ecological recovery of the land. A landscape in the early stages of becoming something genuinely wild again.
It felt like the right place to make a gin.
